Buying Tips:
BUYING PROCEDURE OF LAND
Buyer goes and visit
the Land directly.
Check the drawing of
the Land about the size of wide and the length.
Calculate the size of
the land on the certificate and the size at the site.
Check if that area is
not Green area ( checked by Griyasari Property )
Negociate the price if
the price is negociable.
Check the certificate
of the Land to the Agrarian department in the Government.
Pay the booking fee 5
%.( if the price is confirmed )
Go to the Notary, and
pay the Land.
Payment can be made by
credit two or three times depend on negociable with the owner.
Pay the Notary fee 1-
0,75 % of the total price of the Land/ Properties ( negociate
with the Notary about the fee ).
Pay the buying tax 5 %
of the land price , but we can make the price much smaller
then the real price for the tax, discuss with the Notary and
we will help you.
The certificate will be
finished in two weeks.
After the certificate
is finished, take your passport copy with this certificate to
the Agrarian department, then in two week there will be a new
certificate on two names local partner and foreigner name (
Investor ).

You need a local
partner
Your 6 months valid
passport
- Acknowledgement of
indeptedness of your local partner, is made in the Notary with
amount of the Land price/property.
- Statement of your local
partner that says she/ he borrows amount of money to buy your
property/ land made at the Notary.
- On the certificate will
be two names, your name and local partner’s name
- The Notary will make
the right to sell of your land/property.
